Product Description

Composition:

Polymer Resin

It is the main ingredient of dispersion particle and a key part for redispersible polymer powders to come into play.

Additives (interior)

It plays a role of modified resin with polymer resin.

Protective Colloid

A layer of hydrophilic material will be coated on the surface of the redispersible polymer powder. The protective colloid of most redispersible polymer powder is polyvinyl alcohol.

Additives (exterior)

The anti-caking agents and super-fined mineral additives are incorporated to make sure that powder properties are maintained during storage and processing.

Component

RDP redispersible polymer powders are manufactured by spray drying macromolecular copolymer dispersions under carefully defined conditions. They are mainly used to improve cohesion, adhesion and flexibility in constructions especially in drymix mortar.
