Product Introduction

The bean dregs flash dryer comprises several essential components, including a drying host, feeder, heat source device (hot blast stove or steam), air filter, blower, cyclone, bag filter, induced draft fan, and others. The hot air enters the dryer tangentially from the bottom and generates a robust rotating wind field propelled by the agitator. The bean dregs are introduced into the dryer through the screw feeder. The material undergoes dispersion due to the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, resulting in impact, friction, and shearing force, quickly pulverizing any block material. The material comes into full contact with the hot air and undergoes heating and drying. The dehydrated dry material ascends with the hot air stream, and the large particles are caught by the grading ring. The small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the exterior of the dryer, collected by the cyclone separator and dust collector, and returned to the bottom for crushing and drying.

Adaptable material

Foodstuffs such as soy protein, gelatinized starch, wheat sugar, wine trough, wheat starch, and others are included.

Organics such as lauric acid, benzoic acid, bactericidal Dan, cellulose acetate, sodium oxalate, Atrazine (pesticide pesticides), organic pigments, and others are included.

Dyes including antimony, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, titanium hydroxide, butyric acid, zinc sulfide, and various nitrogen dye intermediates are included.

Inorganic materials such as borax, calcium carbonate, copper sulfate, hydroxide, barium carbonate, iron oxide, antimony trioxide, various heavy metal salts, various metal hydroxides, synthetic cryolite, and others are included.

Working Principle

The flash dryer comprises several components, including a dry main engine, feeder, heat source device (hot air furnace or steam), air filter, air blower, cyclone separator, bag filter, and induced draft fan. The hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially and is propelled by the agitator to create a robust rotating wind field. The paste material is introduced into the dryer through the screw feeder. The high-speed rotating stirring paddle disperses the material under the impact, friction, and shearing force, resulting in rapid pulverization of block materials and complete contact with hot air for heating and drying. The dehydrated dry material ascends with the hot gas flow, and the classification ring intercepts large particles. The small particles exit from the center of the ring and are retrieved by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Un-dried dry material or bulk material undergoes centrifugal force, causing them to fall to the bottom and subsequently get crushed and dried.
