Ton Bag Packing Machine Working Principle

After the operator attaches the bulk bag and clamps its opening, the system initiates discharge, allowing the material to flow into the bag. Upon completion of the filling process, the bag is automatically released, concluding a single packaging cycle. The entire machine utilizes load cells for real-time weight feedback, enabling precise quantitative filling of bulk bags with powdered or granular materials.
