Product Introduction

The conduct oil heat (steam) drying drum dryer is an indirect heating mode dryer, in which heat conduction oil or steam is used for drying. This type of dryer has low energy consumption and ensures a safe drying process. The material is not affected by heat source pollution, making it widely used in industries such as biomass, food, feed, fertilizer, bad slag chemical, medicine, coal, mining, and other small particles or weakly caking dry powder materials.

The heat conduction oil steam drum dryer is mainly composed of a tube type heat exchanger, the heat source inlet and outlet, the rotary drum, the feeding and discharging machine, the induced draft fan, the dust collector, and distribution cabinets. Wet material is uniformly distributed on the roller feed plate and the column tube, and with full contact with the hot conduction oil (steam) tube type heat exchanger, it realizes heat transfer, mass transfer (110-250 ℃), constant temperature drying, water vaporization, and scattered with the air emissions. The moisture from the material gradually reduces, indicating that the material has finished the drying process.

This type of equipment can be used for drying all kinds of coal, lignite, carbon coal, including anthracite, lean coal, poor lean coal, coking coal, fat coal, air fertilizer coal, gas coal, coal, and weakly caking coal, not sticky coal, long flame coal, lignite, coal washing, screening, raw coal, bituminous coal, tail coal, and midding coal. The equipment can be made according to customers' requirements.

Working Principle

The heat conduction oil steam drum dryer is primarily composed of a tube type heat exchanger, a center pipe for heat source input and output, a rotary drum, feeding and discharging machines, an induced draft fan, a dust collector, and distribution cabinets. The wet material is uniformly distributed on the roller feed plate and column tube, where it comes into full contact with the hot conduction oil (or steam) tube type heat exchanger, achieving heat and mass transfer (at temperatures ranging from 110-250 ℃), constant temperature drying, water vaporization, and scattering with air emissions. The moisture from the material gradually reduces until the material has finished the drying process.
