Product Introduction

The Chicken Manure Dryer, also known as the Paddle Agitated Rotary Drum Dryer, Rake Roller Dryer, Rotary Rake Drum Dryer, and Rotary Paddle Drum Dryer, is a custom-designed machine that addresses the disadvantages of high moisture content, weak stickiness, material sticking, and the "black hole" phenomenon in the center of the drum, which leads to inefficiency and high fuel consumption per unit area of evaporation capacity.

By increasing the high-speed rotation of the blade, the machine strengthens the material grinding and decentralized function, effectively filling the drum center "black hole". This expands the material surface area, maximizing heat transfer between the material and drying air, and minimizing the material particles to improve the heat transfer evaporation rate significantly. Extensive production testing has shown that the Chicken Manure Dryer outperforms ordinary drum dryers, with a unit area of water evaporation capacity of 25-30kg water / m2 • h, which is 1-2 times that of the ordinary drum dryer.

Additionally, the output of the same size drying machine increases by 50% or more, while fuel energy consumption decreases by more than 30%, and the equipment spatial footprint is smaller than 40%. The material moisture content is dry more uniformly, and the efficiency is improved by more than 40%. Furthermore, the Chicken Manure Dryer can realize automatic and intelligent control, with operation parameters that can be automatically controlled, ensuring the dryer always runs in the best condition and guaranteeing uniform drying out of the raw material moisture stability.

Working Principle

Material Flow: The special dehydration machine is designed to handle material with a moisture content ranging from 75-85%. The material is fed into the machine, where it undergoes a process that reduces its water content to about 65%. From there, the material is conveyed by a screw conveyor into the mixing drum dryer for downstream drying.

During the drying process, flights inside the drum pick up the material and carry it over, showering it through the air stream as the drum rotates. This promotes maximum efficiency of heat transfer between the material and drying air, resulting in rapid evaporation of water vaporization and achieving the effect of drying the materials in the hot air under the rapid flow of the drum.

To prevent the buildup of wet material near the discharge, the rotary drum dryer allows the material to dry before it hits the next set of flights. Furthermore, to avoid the issue of material sticking, a drum cleaning device is installed inside the drum.

Air Flow: The air blower increases pressure to force air into the hot air furnace for heating. Once the temperature reaches 600-850℃, the hot air is induced by a draft fan and enters the dryer to dry the wet material and facilitate water evaporation.

The drying process utilizes a three-layer heat transfer mechanism, during which the air temperature gradually reduces to 55-65℃ before being discharged from the dryer. To eliminate dust and moisture, the air undergoes purification through both a cyclone dust collector and a wet dust collector.
