Product Introduction
The sawdust dryer is utilized for drying either pellet sawdust or powder sawdust. Wet materials are continuously fed into the drum via a screw conveyor and subsequently propelled by the high-speed hot flow, resulting in separation. This process effectively removes the moisture from the wet materials, leaving behind powder or pellet dry materials.
Sawdust dryers have extensive applications in drying straw briquette, charcoal, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood shavings, sawdust, ginkgo leaf, mulberry leaves, and other fiber materials.
The components of sawdust dryers comprise a heating furnace, feeding port, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharging port. The rotary drum completely dries the sawdust, after which it undergoes further separation before entering the conveying pipe for subsequent drying. The baffler prevents impurities from entering the conveying pipe and guarantees high-quality dried sawdust. The combined action of the rotary drum and injection pipe fluidizes and thoroughly exposes the wet materials to the hot flow.

Working Principle
In the rotary drum, sawdust undergoes complete drying and is subsequently subjected to separation prior to entering the conveying pipe for further drying. The baffler effectively prevents impurities from entering the conveying pipe and thereby guarantees the production of high-quality dried sawdust. The combined operation of the rotary drum and injection pipe fluidizes the wet materials and ensures full exposure to the hot flow.
