Product Introduction
The biomass ring-die pellet mill is a pioneering product designed by Dingli's technical team. This palletization equipment is suitable for materials that are typically challenging to mold and bond, such as rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shells, branches, trunks, wood rind, crop straw, rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials. The resulting pelletized product finds applications in biomass fuel plants, power plants, timber processing plants, fertilizer plants, and chemical plants. Working Principle
1.The main transmission gears offer high precision, while the pellet mill dies adopt a quick-release package type hoop. This design provides an efficiency that is about 20% higher than belt drives.
2.The entire transmission system of the machine is composed of high-quality imported bearings and oil seals, ensuring efficient, stable, and low-noise transmission.
3.The compensation type snake-like spring coupling is internationally advanced, unique, compact, safe, and stable.
4.Through material selection and a heat treatment process, the working strength of the main parts has been increased to produce expected pellet products.
