The crushed materials with a moisture content of 35%-65% are sent into the roller through a conveyor for downstream drying. Under the effect of the inner shoveling plate, the materials are continuously taken and scattered, moving in a spiral forward method. Through three layers (inner, middle, and outer layer), heat exchange is achieved between the material and hot air medium.

Working Principle
