Product Introduction

The Belt Type Starch Residue Dehydrator is designed for the dehydration of various materials, including cassava residue, potato residue, tofu residue, food residue, sweet potato residue, tea residue, beer residue, Chinese medicine residue, and more.

Working Principle

The material with a moisture content of 80%-90% is transported to the material hopper of the dehydrator via a conveyor. The material is uniformly laid onto the filter belt using a spiral material distributing device, and the filter belt moves with the equipment running. The limiting plate scrapes the material layer flat, making the material thickness completely uniform and in accordance. Then, the high and low two complete tensioning annular filter belts clamp the material layer, driven by the driving roller. The double roller of the dehydration area continuously and repeatedly presses the material mechanically, removing a large amount of water content. The moisture content after dehydration is 65-70%.

The extrusion force is automatically adjusted according to the material features to satisfy customers' material moisture requirements. The equipment operates intelligently, allowing for 24 hours of continuous automatic running with low labor working strength.
