Product Introduction

The TongDing biomass dry distillation carbonization furnace comprises several components, including the furnace body, furnace cover, inner tank, material cage, combustible gas return pipe, exhaust pipe, flue gas dust removal device, tank lifting device, and thermometer. The furnace operates on the principle of anaerobic dry distillation, which effectively removes volatile substances from the biomass, thereby achieving the goal of biomass carbonization. The carbonization process in the furnace involves four distinct steps, namely, charging sealing furnace, preheat drying, anaerobic carbonization, and cooling carbon.

Working Principle

The biomass core rods, shells, and other materials are placed into the cage, which is divided into two or three layers, and then they are loaded into the inner tank, covered, and locked with the buckle. Next, the charging tank is lifted into the furnace in turn. During the preheat drying stage, wood and other fuels are used to heat the furnace slowly from room temperature to 220-250 ℃. The processing time is 1.2-2.0 hours, depending on the material's moisture content, density, and particle size, and this process is used to discharge the material moisture and air in the tank.

The furnace's anaerobic carbonization process involves heating the furnace until weak yellow smoke begins to appear in the smoke pipe, which indicates the discharge of hydrogen and other volatile substances. At this point, recovery of the combustible gas occurs by igniting it and adjusting the intake air to maintain the tank temperature between 300-450 ℃ for 2.0-3.5 hours. The specific temperature and carbonization time are determined based on the carbonized material's density, particle size, and carbonization depth requirements.

The end of carbonization is indicated by natural flameout of the furnace. Cooling the carbon is done by hanging the tank out of the furnace and allowing it to cool naturally or by spraying it with water until the inner tank temperature drops to below 50 ℃. Then, the cover is opened to remove the charcoal. The total furnace temperature and carbonization time are 3.5-5.5 hours, and 3-6 furnaces can be completed in 24 hours.

The exhaust gas is treated with a dust collector to meet discharge standards. Three sets of carbonization furnaces are used in parallel, and peak shifting carbonization is done, which enables the complete use of volatile gas heating the carbonization furnace without using additional fuel.
